Innovation in Physical Education

Physical education, also known as Phys Ed., PE, gym, or gym class, and known in many Commonwealth countries as physical training or PT, is an educational course related to maintaining the human body through physical exercises (i.e. calisthenics). Teaching Physical Education means engaging the students to Physical activities regularly. The common problem I encounter is the fitness level of students on how they understanding to performing the certain movement. I bridge the gap about this problem by technology through mobile application called HUDL Technique and KineMaster, HUDL Technique is like a video recorder that can stop, slow motion, rewind for better understanding of the movement. KineMaster is application I use to make a movement presentation or an instructional video. These applications aided me in my teaching career and as a teacher I need to continue learning about technology.
